Jessica Mangarel B.S. EXSC
I found my love for fitness growing up, participating in as many intramural sports as I could, throughout high school I became very passionate about my volleyball career where I went on to coach the up and coming classes. I continued my education at East Stroudsburg University and received my bachelors in Exercise Science concentrating on Rehabilitative Sciences. My certifications in personal training and corrective exercise are accredited by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I believe it is essential to practice within all realms of wellness for optimal health. I partially enjoy strength training, functional and mobility training.

Darryl London
I began my fitness journey in high school, when increased athletic demands from competitive soccer required me to elevate my training. That early introduction to strength and conditioning developed into a long-term commitment to understanding human performance. I believe that consistency builds capacity, discipline creates confidence, and a strong physical foundation supports both athletic success and overall well-being. My coaching approach is rooted in meeting each client at their current level of experience and comfort. I emphasize growth through structured progressions, proper technique, and an understanding that individuals develop at different paces. Whether working with beginners, experienced athletes, or clients recovering from limitations, I tailor programs to their specific goals while maintaining respect, clarity, and support throughout the process. My background includes over a decade of combined experience in athletic training and competitive soccer, allowing me to connect with a wide range of clients and training needs. Above all, my objective is to help individuals feel confident, capable, and comfortable in their bodies not only during our sessions but also in their everyday lives.
