Mat Pilates is a controlled, core-focused class that builds strength from the inside out. Using your own bodyweight, you'll work through a flowing series of movements that target your core, hips, and back.

Expect to improve posture, stability, and body awareness while building lean, functional strength. Every exercise can be scaled up or down, so the class works whether it's your first session or your fiftieth.

Open to all levels. Bring a mat, water, and be ready to move.
