We strive to create safe and effective workouts and identify realistic fitness and dietary goals for our clients. Our focus is on improvement in all fitness areas: Body Image, Strength, Cardiovascular, Balance, Flexibility, Movements & Form, Confidence.

Train on Main is located at 427 Main Street, in the heart of Stroudsburg, PA. We’re a small Personal Training Studio, specializing in weight loss and sport specific training. Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and fun learning environment. We are the leaders in NEPA for one on one personal training

Train on Main is comprised of resistance training equipment, free weights and multiple types of cardio equipment. We believe in well balanced workouts, in the gym and at home, as well as REALISTIC nutrition guidelines.

We are here to assist clients young, old and everything in-between. Our trainers pride themselves on their ability to create diverse workouts and adjust to any client’s needs and schedule.

Dan Lewis B.S. EXSC

Owner / Personal Trainer Age 33

Dan earned his degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He has 11 years of Personal Training experience, and 8 years of Professional Coaching experience.

Specialties: Weight loss, youth training, elderly balance training, and SSA (speed, strength, agility).

Samantha Huber

Age 29

Samantha’s fitness journey began 9 years ago at a YMCA in Bethlehem, PA. She began instructing by teaching spin classes which she still does today. From spin she expanded her training into group exercises class and fell in love. Samantha teaches many different types of exercises classes like stretch-tabata because she loves working with clients at all different levels. ” As trainers it is important for us to be diverse which is how I got into personal training. I have been personal training for about 2 years, and love watching my clients get stronger each day. My fitness journey is far from over and each day I learn something new from either a co-worker or a client, and that is why I love the fitness industry. ” – In Samantha’s words.

Specialties:body weight exercises, HIIT, tabata style training, kettlebell training, athletes, and TRX.

Jessica Mangarel

I found my love for fitness growing up, participating in as many intramural sports as I could, throughout high school I became very passionate about my volleyball career where I went on to coach the up and coming classes. I continued my education at East Stroudsburg University and received my bachelors in Exercise Science concentrating on Rehabilitative Sciences. My certifications in personal training and corrective exercise are accredited by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I believe it is essential to practice within all realms of wellness for optimal health. I partially enjoy strength training, functional and mobility training.

Kaley Rode

I started my fitness journey playing sports growing up. I played tennis and softball in high school and then became a member of the first women’s golf team at East Stroudsburg University. I have a dual Bachelor’s degree from ESU in Health & Physical Education and a Masters degree from ESU in Health Education. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in endurance strength training, weight loss training, and nutritional coaching. I love working with all of the clients on train on main as their biggest cheerleader on their fitness journey. I’m a natural to encouraging and love to serve others using the knowledge I have gained in a field I am very passionate about.

Mike Kane

Mike started his fitness journey as a teenager when he became more passionate towards athletics. He graduated with Cum Laude honors from East Stroudsburg University with a Sports Management degree. Mike was a college and semi pro all conference soccer player and now has over a decade of coaching experience. Upon graduation he completed an internship at the Ymca and concentrated on wellness programs for all ages helping clients reach and maintain their fitness goals. He was selected as the recipient for the Presidents Outstanding Achievement Award for his success in athletics and academics. ” I’m very happy and excited to be part of Train on Main.
