Dan earned his degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He has 11 years of Personal Training experience, and 8 years of Professional Coaching experience.
Specialties: Weight loss, youth training, elderly balance training, and SSA (speed, strength, agility).
Mike started his fitness journey as a teenager when he became more passionate towards athletics. He graduated with Cum Laude honors from East Stroudsburg University with a Sports Management degree. Mike was a college and semi pro all conference soccer player and now has over a decade of coaching experience. Upon graduation he completed an internship at the Ymca and concentrated on wellness programs for all ages helping clients reach and maintain their fitness goals. He was selected as the recipient for the Presidents Outstanding Achievement Award for his success in athletics and academics. ” I’m very happy and excited to be part of Train on Main. The trainers, clients, and everyone involved are all great people which in turn makes a positive and energetic atmosphere around the gym.”

Fitness Background: Dawn started with a personal trainer in January 2014. While being coached through her fitness journey, she became unexpectedly addicted to the process and gained a genuine passion for the fitness lifestyle. Dawn pursued her certification in October 2017 and today enjoys her fitness journey and the personal trainer life.
Training Strengths: Body transformation coaching through fat loss, leaning down, sculpting, increasing endurance and conditioning, building muscle mass and strength training.
Julie Renaldo, CPT
Julie Renaldo is a fitness professional with certifications in group exercise, indoor cycling, and personal training. She is first aid and CPR certified with over 25 years experience in the industry. Owning and operating her own dance and fitness studio since 1993 has awarded her the opportunity to teach all age groups, all with many different ability levels, limitations, fears, goals, and aspirations. From the student athlete looking to improve his javelin throws, to the new mother looking to get her pre-baby body back, Julie is ready to work with everyone.
Specialties : Dance and stretch. Working will all age groups and limitations. With a Train smarter not harder, and fit for life mentality, Julie is ready to help you reach your goals.
Samantha’s fitness journey began 9 years ago at a YMCA in Bethlehem, PA. She began instructing by teaching spin classes which she still does today. From spin she expanded her training into group exercises class and fell in love. Samantha teaches many different types of exercises classes like stretch-tabata because she loves working with clients at all different levels. ” As trainers it is important for us to be diverse which is how I got into personal training. I have been personal training for about 2 years, and love watching my clients get stronger each day. My fitness journey is far from over and each day I learn something new from either a co-worker or a client, and that is why I love the fitness industry. ” – In Samantha’s words.

Megan is in her 19th year of instructing. She started teaching dance fitness in 2000. Megan ran her own dance and fitness studio where she did one on one training and group sessions with clients. She was also the exercise instructor for all of Northampton county senior centers.
